What is your view of RGB lighting on gaming headsets?

Let us know what you think about RGB lighting on gaming headsets.

Here at Hawkrdige we have opposing views within the team. I'm a bit of a purist and prefer a headset to be focused on audio performance, comfort, durability, etc and see RGB lighting as a bit of a gimmick, but others in the team like to have the option to customise and coordinate lighting.

What do you think?

Is RGB lighting pointless, or essential? If you like RGB lighting, what are your reasons?

Personally not a fan of RGB on headsets but an upgrade option should be explored for those that want it! RGB is one of the big colourschemes in the gaming space, right alongside All-White.
